How a repair visit works
1. You call. Sandrine (or Bernard in the evening and at weekends) notes the problem and gives you a time slot and the call-out price.
2. We arrive. On weekdays, within 4 hours for an emergency; we let you know if we are running late.
3. We explain. We find the fault, show you what is wrong and tell you the repair price.
4. You decide. Nothing is done without your agreement. The invoice matches the price given.
While you wait for us
A major leak?
Turn off the main water supply (often near the meter), then the electricity if water is near a socket. Mop up what you can and take photos for your insurer.
A smell of gas?
Do not switch anything on or off. Open the windows, turn off the gas at the meter, go outside and call the gas emergency number from there.
The water heater has stopped heating?
Check the water heater's breaker in the fuse box and, if there is one, the off-peak switch. If nothing changes, give us a call.
