No minimum term, cancel at any time with one month's notice.
Frequently asked questions
Is servicing really compulsory?
Yes, for gas, oil and wood boilers in most homes: once a year. The certificate we give you may be requested by your insurer or your landlord.
Who books the appointment?
We do. Sandrine calls you around the anniversary date and offers two time slots.
My boiler isn't one you installed…
No problem: we service all common makes, whether we installed them or not.
